PACKAGING

Each piece of jewelry you purchase from MGG Studio will be packaged in a branded gift box with tissue.  Is your order a gift? I'd be happy to include a gift message, free of charge- just leave the content of your note at checkout.


SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship domestic orders via USPS First Class mail. A flat shipping and handling fee of $5 will be charged for orders under $150.  For items above $150, domestic First Class shipping is free! If you'd like to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping, you can select that shipping method at checkout. Just a note - selecting Priority Mail shipping will speed up the shipping itself, but not the time it takes to make your order.  If you need your order faster than the window mentioned in the product description, please drop us an email at hello@mggstudio.com before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.  International orders will be shipped using USPS First Class International mail. Shipping times vary, and may be up to two weeks or longer.  All orders will be marked as merchandise at the retail price paid for the product. MGG Studio LLC is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that you may be charged on your package when it arrives.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Unfortunately things do get lost or damaged in the mail on occasion.  MGG Studio LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are happy to insure your package upon request (please contact us before purchase and we can send you a revised invoice that includes insurance fees).


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’re proud of the jewelry we make and we hope that you love it as much as we do!   That said, we know that sometimes thing just don’t work out, and in that case, we’re happy to offer an exchange for an item or items of equal value. If you’d like to make an exchange, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your item for an authorization. All items must be shipped back in unworn condition and in the original packaging.  Unfortunately items shipped without authorization cannot be exchanged.

Because each of our pieces is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. Final sale and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs for any exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
